Circular stacker & reclaimer

1. Introduction
Circular bridge-type scraper mixing stacker & reclaimer is applicable to circular pre-homogenizing yard. With less occupation of land, good homogenization and good automation, it is the perfect equipment for homogenizing bulk raw materials such as limestone and coal etc. The equipment adopts herringbone-type stacking and full-section reclaiming technology. The stacking layers can be up to 500 and homogenizing coefficient is more than 10 which is the best mixing device among various stackers and reclaimers. The machine realizes unattended operation. Under the control of PLC program, the stacking arm reciprocates. During each reciprocation, the arm completes a cycle of luffing and speed-variable motion to finish the herringbone stacking. Reclaimer moves along the circular orbit which around a center column. At the same time the material rake will reciprocate and full-section reclaim. Then the scraper will scrape the material to the bottom of the center column and move material out by belt conveyor.

2. Basic Structure
Circular stacker & reclaimer mainly consists of cantilever stacking system, bridge scraper reclaiming system, rake system, center column mechanism, rotary mechanism, lubrication system, and control room etc.
